The Get Alarmed, Alabama! Smoke alarm installation program is a partnership between InTouch LLC, the Alabama Fire College, and the Alabama State Fire Marshals Office. If you live in Alabama, you are twice as likely as the rest of the nation to die as a result of a house fire. Many Fire departments in Alabama are participating in this smoke alarm initiative to make sure all homes in our state are outfitted with smoke detectors.
Palmerdale Fire District is happy to assist home owners in our fire district who are in need of smoke detectors. Please complete the form below and someone will contact you to schedule smoke detector installation.

Pinson Storm Shelter
The Pinson Storm Shelter is located behind Palmerdale Station 1, next door to the Palmerdale Homestead Community Center. It is open during all severe weather events and is equipped with restrooms.
